Our multi-deck pub and restaurant is home to a beautiful view of the Colombo skyline and is stocked with fresh & seasonal ingredients alongside some of the finest spirits & cocktails.

Level 4 plans to offer a wide range of entertainment catering to a wide profile of consumers. Our objective is to make Level 4 the most popping location in Colombo.
Level 4 offers a double deck experience consisting of a dim lit interior and a beautiful open rooftop that lets you experience views of the Colombo Dutch Hospital, considered to be the oldest building in the Colombo Fort area dating back to the Dutch Colonial era in Sri Lanka.
